The Blackberry Passport and the Blackberry Priv are both from Blackberry but there are far from being the same.
The Blackberry Passport runs on the Blackberry 10 OS. This was when Blackberry still think that BB10 had a chance. The device comes with a 4.5inch display screen with 1440 x 1440 resolution and 453ppi. The device will also be running on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The Passport will be fitted with a 13MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera and will be powered by a 3450 mAh battery.
The Blackberry Priv comes in as the first Blackberry smartphone with an Android OS. The device will sport a 5.4inch display screen with 1440 x 2560 resolution and 541ppi. The device will also be running on a Snapdragon 808 chipset with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. In the back sits an 18MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera. The Priv will also be powered by a 3410mAh battery.
The Passport’s hardware is not bad at all but people were more wary about it just because it came with the BB10 OS.
