With the increasingly fierce smartphone market, it’s undoubtedly difficult to beat the top, but Blackberry may well be making a comeback. Throughout its struggling years trying to stay on top of the food chain, Blackberry has certainly tried to keep calm through the storm, and now leading them to make the best decision yet: switching to Android.
The Blackberry Priv is the first of its kind: the first Android handset from Blackberry to be launched and with hopes to deliver an even patchy future ahead. But it might really be a great turnaround for the company, as T-Mobile’s CEO John Legere thinks so too. The CEO is absolutely optimistic of its revival and although they might have their relationship with Blackberry severed in the past, Legere is still positive about Blackberry’s future.
Although the first US carrier that will start selling the new Blackberry Priv would be AT&T and not T-Mobile, Blackberry still appreciated T-Mobile’s support and collaboration and is looking forward for great things ahead. We really can’t wait to see how it’s going to fare in the market.
