After years of trying to get back onto the top phone list, it does look like Blackberry might actually do it this time. To be fair, they did come out with some decent Blackberry smartphone but the masses were just not willing to make the switch to their Blackberry OS for a few reason.
Now that they have decided to use Android as their Operating System, things seem to be turning for the better for Blackberry. Their latest smartphone, Blackberry Priv was one of the top android smartphones we saw this year. Running on Android software, the device also came with all the security that Blackberry has to offer and that is it one attractive device especially now that security is a concern for many smartphone users.
Blackberry is not stopping there either. Bloomberg reported that Blackberry might be working on a cheaper PBlackberry Priv device. In an interview with John Chen, the CEO of Blackberry, he said that they are thinking about following up on the Priv with another device that will be less expensive.
