We all thought that Blackberry was nearing the end after the release of the Blackberry Passport. While there were still the best when it comes to security, people were skeptical about the Blackberry OS. Things definitely took the turn for the better when Blackberry finally gave up the BB1O and decided to go for the Android Lollipop OS.
The Blackberry Priv was the first Blackberry smartphone to run on the Android OS. Pair that with the physical keyboard and Blackberry security and the consumers were sold. The new Blackberry Priv comes in with a 5.4inch display screen with 1440 x 2560 resolution and 541ppi.
The device came running on a Snapdragon 808 chipset with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It will also be fitted with an 18MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera. It will also be powered by a 3410mAh battery.
This is not the last one we will see from Blackberry either. It is believed that Blackberry will be releasing another two Android-powered Blackberry soon.
