For those of you looking into getting a brand new smartphone this season, you’re in for a treat as the HTC One A9 can be had free of charge as a trade-in with any of the Apple’s iPhone 6 models.
The Taiwanese developer HTC has been going through some sticky patches and the way they hope to mend it is through parting its flagship phone for free, but with conditions, of course. So long as the iPhone that you’re willing to trade-in is that of the iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6S or 6S Plus, then you’d be able to get your hands on the HTC flagship.
Though HTC is also taking in other trade-ins as well (for example, trading in a Samsung Galaxy S6 only qualifies for a $200 rebate), their discounts are significantly less than what the company would accept for an iPhone. Thus, brings the question, would you be willing to trade-in your premium iPhone for an iPhone lookalike?
