In a matter of weeks from now, Visceral Games will be launching Battlefield Hardline but today, fans of the Battlefield franchise can already check out on the title’s technical sheet after it got released online.
Like how it was with Battlefield 4, Hardline will run on native 900p on the PS4 and 720p on the Xbox One. This isn’t something new as gamers are already aware of the fact that the PS4 is technically superior to the Xbox One.
However, it is disappointing to learn that Hardline won’t be rendered at 60fps on the PS4. The game will instead run on 45-50fps on average.
To make things worse, this also depends on the game modes which the player is in when playing Hardline. If the lobby is able to cater more than 60 players, obviously, frame rate will be reduced further to avoid any graphic stuttering.
For the gamers that are very particular about graphics, they shared that they are willing to trade full HD resolution anytime for a 60fps rendering. After all, best graphics won’t matter if it can’t run the Battlefield Hardline fluidly.
