They are either very bad at keeping secret or the fans are just too good that digging up things they should not. It was previous leaked that Warner Bros are working on a HD Collection called Batman: Return to Arkham.
The HD Collection will consist of two games, Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Asylum. Besides the game, the HD Collection bundle will also come with all the DLC and extra content that both the game had.
However, that was not all. This week, Amazon Germany leaked that there will be a new Batman: Arkham Knight Special Edition. The new edition will be called the Game of the Year Edition and like the other bundle, this too will come with all the DLC that the game has right now.
Warner Bros have already confirmed the Batman: Return To Arkham but not the Batman: Arkham Knight GOTY Edition.
