AT&T had just launched the highly anticipated Android 5.0.1 update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and it made things more frustrating for the Note 4 on Verizon. This is because the Verizon has yet to launch the Lollipop update for their Note 4 users.
To make things worse, Verizon has yet to update the Note 4 users on when the Android 5.0.1 will be ready for launching. The users are really frustrated by the wait and they are eager to get a taste of the latest OS from Google.
On a positive note, the long delay for the Android 5.0 Lollipop update can open up the possibility of a bigger update coming to Verizon’s Note 4. Since Google has already launched the new and improved Android 5.1 Lollipop, Verizon might just send out the latest firmware to its Note 4 variants.
Of course, there is no confirming on this yet but looking at the timing of things, perhaps it is far too late for Verizon to launch the Android 5.0 Lollipop.
