Apple has already shown us how the Apple ew 3D Touch works but as of right now, there is not a whole lot of uses for the new tech although it does look like Apple is trying to come out with more ways to utilize their new 3D Touch features.
Based on the new Apple iOS 10, developers are able to figure out some of the new function for the 3D Touch. It looks like after the upgrade, users will be able to use the Peek and Pop feature on the notifications.
Thanks to the 3D Touch tech, users can view photos, videos, reply to messages and more right there at the lock screen. Users can also us the 3D Touch press to clear all the notifications.
Pressing on a folder will allow users to rename it now. iOS 10 users can also access apps with notifications inside a folder using 3D Touch now. Features like Calculator, Timer, Flashlights, and Camera will also support 3D Touch after the upgrade.
