Apple iPhone 6 Is Not Worth The Upgrade!

The Apple iPhone 6 was released back in September last year and it is regarded as one of the best smartphones in the world right now. However, we don’t quite recommend iPhone 5S users to upgrade to the iPhone 6 as it is more worth it for them to wait for the iPhone 7.

Of course, this is not to say that the iPhone 6 is bad but it will be a waste for those on a 2-year contract to waste their money for the iPhone 6. Besides, the differences between the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 7 are not that huge if consumers are to compare both devices.

For starters, the iPhone 6 features a 4.7” display, which is larger than the 4” screen on the iPhone 5S. Regardless, both set of displays operates on the same pixel density and that is 326ppi.

Obviously, the iPhone 6 is faster as it runs on the newer 64-bit A8 processor. Benchmark test has proved that this new chipset is 25% faster CPU and 50% faster graphics than the current A7 chip, which is equipped on the iPhone 5S.

Even so, it is the latter that has a longer battery life. The iPhone 5S can play videos non-stop for about 14 hours straight before requiring a recharge whereas the iPhone 6 can only manage 12 hours of non-stop video playback.

Apparently, the above are the only differences between both the iPhone 6 and iPhone 5S. As such, users of the latter should hold off from upgrading to the former and wait for the Apple iPhone 7. The future iPhone is due to arrive this September and it will be much better than the iPhone 6.
