It is no secret that Apple has had its reputation suffered recently mainly due to the release of their brand new iPad Pro and the problems that come with it.
The official release date was November 11, and shortly after that, the company received many complaints, mostly regarding the blackout screen problem. Affected users claimed that the screen would suddenly turn black and refuses to accept touch or button input. That’s indeed not very good news for Apple and the team behind it. Another problem was that the tablet will blackout as well, but this time was due to charging for an extended period of time.
According to the Apple Insider reports, the first problem can be temporarily resolved by force restarting the device, which means to hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds or more until the Apple logo appears on the screen. But nothing has been issued revolving the charging matter. Whatever that is, we sure hope that there wouldn’t be anymore future glitches that will dissatisfy the user experience. But then again, nothing is perfect, right?
