Apple had just launched the final beta for the upcoming iOS 8.2 to employees and carrier partners for testing and if all is well, the firmware might just be ready for launching as early as next week.
Bearing the build number 12D508, the iOS 8.2 is aimed at making improvements to the Health apps, stability enhancements and of course bug fixes. More importantly, iOS 8.2 will look to come with the cure for the ongoing Freak security vulnerability.
While details are scarce, Apple did tease that the iOS 8.2 will add in unit of measurement for body temperature, weight, height, distance, and blood glucose on the Health app.
Either way, iPhone and iPad users should start anticipating the iOS 8.2. The firmware is going to make them forget about the poor introduction to the iOS 8.
