Apple never really admitted that they are working on an Apple Car but everybody seems to believe that they are working on it right now and the new report by Wall Street Journal is not helping at all.
According to Victor Coleman, the CEO of Hudson Pacific Properties, Apple is currently looking for an 800,000 square feet land. While that seems like a big piece of land, they also pointed out that it is way smaller than what they would need for a factory which is why they are now speculating that it could be a research and development facility. We know that they have already started building a new campus although we do not know that they will be using it for.
Apple is not the only one looking for land either. The CEO also reported that Google might also be looking for a 400,000 square feet space.
