The Android 5.0 Lollipop will be the next big thing to come from Google. The OS has just been unveiled during the first day of Google I/O and it will be replacing the Android 4.4 KitKat.
While the Lollipop might be feature-packed with the future in mind, there is no word whatsoever from Google on the OS’ release date. This is until today, when a tool has been developed to check for the Lollipop’s release.
The simple page uses some advance coding pegged to the I/O event where it will load the Lollipop preview when it gets launched by Google. At the moment, the tool simply revealed that the Lollipop preview is already out. Even the Google API attached on the page says it to be true.
Of course, this is not the full thing and it still needs confirmation from Google. Until the search engine giant reveals more on the Lollipop, nobody has a clue to when the Android 5.0 will debut.
