Add-ons Won’t Add To The Cost Of The 2016 Honda Accord

Even though there have been a lot of updates, the costs in the United States haven’t changed for entry-level versions of the renovated 2016 Honda Accod Sedan and the 2016 Honda Accord Coupe.

The facelifted Accord Sedan is launched today and starts with a pricetag of $22,105. For that price you get the base LX trim along with the 185hp 2.4liter four-cylinder engine and six-speed manual transmission. Over onto the other side of the range the deluxe 2016 Accord Sedan Touring comes with a $34,125 pricetag and comes equipped with the 278hp 3.5-liter V6 and a six-speed transmission.

The 2016 Accord Coupe is available from August 26 and will come with a pricetag of $23,775 for its LX-S trim and four-cylinder engine together with six-speed manual transmission.

The most expensive vehicle to come from the 2016 Accord lineup is the top of the range 2016 Accord Coupe Touring complete with the V6 and six-speed auto, and this will set you back $34,125. This does not include a $820 destination charge.

For its mid-cycle refresh Honda have given the 2016 Accord models a number of styling changes such as ned LED headlights, a upgraded and refreshed body and chassis and for the first time Honda’s option of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Except for the Touring, for which the equipment is already standard, the trims on all Accords will be given the Honda Sensing package of safety assist technologies as a standalone option.

Some of the new features include rear parking sensors, HD radio, heated rear seats and plenty more. The 2016 Honda Accord Sedan in Sport trim and Touring versions of the Sedan and Coupe will also for the first time be fitted with 19-inch alloy wheels.
