We know that the Ford Ranger design will be the base for the Ford Bronco and that the Ford Ranger is going to get a brand new design when it comes to the US. Most people believe that the Ford Ranger will end up getting a design that is similar to the Ford Bronco so that Ford can make an easier transition when they start working on the Bronco but new spy shots suggest otherwise.
AutoBlog reported that the new Ford Ranger will be getting a new design that is closer to what the Ford F-150 is offering now instead of the Ford Bronco and based on the spy shots, it looks like they might be right after all.
We also know that the new Ford Ranger will come mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission although we still do not know what engine it will be paired with. Hopefully, we will be hearing more about it this year.
