The Porsche Cayenne might be getting their new design from Macan but based on the latest spy shots, it looks like the Macan alone is not enough for Porsche.
When Porsche first release the Cayenne, there were not many premium SUVs in the market and the Cayenne was an instant success. However, with so many new premium SUV rivals out there, it is important that Porsche gets the Cayenne right this time around.
We know that the Macan design will be carried over but besides that, it looks like the Porsche Cayenne will be borrowing some design features from the Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo concept as well.
The upcoming Porsche Cayenne will also be riding on the MLB platform which will help the Cayenne lose about 340pounds to 440 pounds. There were also talk about the Cayenne coming with a diesel engine or maybe even a plug-in option but we will only know for sure when Porsche announces it.
