Mercedes-Benz has not revealed details about the upgrades the Mercedes-Benz G-Class will be getting when it arrives next year but the latest test mule does offer us a few more details about the upcoming model.
Based on the latest set of spy shots, it looks like the Mercedes-Benz G-Class will be coming in with the same boxy exterior design but this time, the wheel arches might be extended which means Mercedes could be working to increase the interior space of the G-Wagon.
If it does come with a bigger interior, we can also expect to see an upgraded interior design as well.
There were also talks about Mercedes upgrading the engine lineup of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class as well. It was reported that the G-Class could be coming in with a 3.0 liter six cylinder turbocharged diesel engine that the E-Class is offering right now.
The updated Mercedes-Benz G-Class should be arriving later next year as a 2018 model.
