We still do not know much about the 2018 Jeep Wrangler. We know that it is going to be an all-new model but there are not many details about the Wrangler right now.
Based on the spy shots, we know that the Jeep Wrangler will be keeping its box on frame design but this time, it will have a more aerodynamic shape with a longer front and steeper windshield.
New reports are also suggesting that the Jeep Wrangler could be coming with the same engine that FCA is using under the hood of the Ram 1500 EcoDiesel model. That means we could be seeing a 3.0-liter diesel engine with 420lb of torque under the hood of the Wrangler.
The Jeep Wrangler will also be shedding a few extra pounds thanks to the use of aluminum. It is said that the inner structures of the door and the roof will be made from aluminum.
