One of the problem customers seems to have with the BMW 3 Series is the small rear passenger compartment and BMW is looking to change that as they prepare to bring in the refresh BMW 3 Series with a more spacious rear passenger compartment.
BMW will be giving the BMW 3 Series a refresh for 2016. It is believed that the 2016 model will be coming in with a wider body as well as a longer wheelbase so that it will have more interior space.
While it might be growing larger, it is said that the BMW 3 Series will be lighter thanks to the use of lighter materials. There is still no details on the powertrain although there were rumors about a plug-in hybrid coming in the future.
Spies have also spotted the BMW 3 Series when it was getting tested revealing the narrow kidney grille along with a huge set of taillight. The BMW 3 Series should be making this debut in 2018.
