Both Honda and Audi was at the Geneva Motor Show showing off their new performance model. Honda had their Honda Civic Type R on display while Audi had their RS3 Sportback. While the Audi was boasting an impressive 400PS engine, the Honda Civic Type R was the one that got the most attention at the end of the day.
The Audi RS3 Sportback model had a lot to offer but Audi played it a little too safe for the show. The Honda Civic Type R was dressed up to the max while Audi decided to on a tamer appearance. However, that does not mean we should be ignoring it.
The Audi RS3 Sportback will be coming in with a 2.5 liter engine that will be offering about 400PS and 480Nm of torque. The engine will be mated to a seven speed dual-clutch S-Tronic transmission. The 2018 model will also be shedding some extra poinds.
With that, it will only need 4.1 seconds to go from 0-62mph and has a top speed of 174mph. The Virtual Cockpit screen will also be offered as a standard feature now.
