As amazing as the Audi S3 is, it won’t be good enough to challenge the Mercedes-Benz CLA45 AMG which is probably why so many people believe that Audi might be working on releasing an even more powered model, the Audi RS3.
It has been rumored that Audi will be releasing an even more powerful model called the Audi RS3 and that the performance model will come in with an upgraded interior along with a powertrain that will be able to stand its ground against the CLA 45 AMG.
New reports suggest that the Audi RS3 will be coming in with a 2.5 liter five cylinder engine that will be delivering up to 400hp. The engine is said to be mated to a seven-speed S-Tronic dual-clutch transmission and will be coming in with the Quattro AWD system.
It is estimated that the 2018 Audi RS3 will retail for $55,000. Should Mercedes be scared?
