Ever wonder what the upcoming 2017 Volvo XC40 Crossover will look like? Well, Volvo has just made it easier for us by releasing the a few new concept image.
Based on the new concept image, it looks like the upcoming Volvo XC40 model will be coming in with a floating roof design. The vehicle will also be fitted with a Thor’s Hammer LED light up front. So far, everything seems to be looking great.
According to Volvo, the Volvo XC40 will be running on the T5 Twin Engine plug-in hybrid engine which will consist of a three-cylinder engine. The engine will most likely be mated to a 7-speed dual clutch transmission. Volvo will also be offering a four-cylinder Drive-E engine on the higher end models.
The Volvo XC40 will be the first to head into production followed by the S40 and V40. It is believed that the production of the XC40 should be starting in 2017.
