We would have been happy if Volkswagen had decided to give us whatever China is getting but that is not going to happen. Volkswagen first showed off the Volkswagen Tiguan LWB model in China not too long ago and now the vehicle was spotted getting tested outside of China.
However, it looks like Volkswagen have made a few changes to the design of the Volkswagen Tiguan LWB model and we are not sure if we like it or not. The test model was spotted by a Carscoope.
The new LWB model will be about 4.3inch longer than the standard model which will allow Volkswagen to fit in a third-row seat but don’t expect a full grown adult to be too comfortable in the back.
The LWB Tiguan should be heading into production early 2017 and will go on sale later as a 2017 or 2018 model. It should also be running on the same engine as the standard model.
