The 2017 Subaru WRX was given some new upgrades for 2017. How will the upgraded model fare against the Ford Mustang?
The Subaru WRX will come in with a 2.0 liter turbocharged boxer four engine that will be mated to a six-speed manual or a CVT auto transmission. The engine will be delivering about 268hp and 258lb ft of torque. The 2017 model will also be getting a new set of headlights. The EyeSight will also be offered as an optional feature now. The base Subaru WRX model will now come with a $27,515 price tag.
The Ford Mustang, on the other hand, will come with a 2.3 liter 4 cylinder engine that will be delivering about 310hp. The engine will be returning about 22mpg in the city and 31mpg on the highway. The base model will retail for $25,645.
