It does seem like Subaru has the habit of not following the concept of the production model so when Subaru showed us the amazing Subaru 5-Door concept at the Tokyo Motor Show, we were all worried that the production model would end up not looking like the concept.
Well, Subaru finally took the covers off the Subaru Impreza which was based on the concept and while it is not identical, it is clear that that Subaru did not stray too far from the concept this time around. Some still think the concept looked better than the production model but it is still impressive.
The new Subaru Impreza will be powered by a 2.0 liter flat four engine that will be pushing out about 152hp a slight upgrade from the 148hp engine that the previous Subaru Impreza was fitted with.
