We all saw and loved the Subaru 5-Door concept when Subaru took the covers off a the Tokyo Motor Show so we were happy when the production model ended up looking almost similar to the concept we saw in Japan.
The thing about Subaru is that they tend to offer a different production model when the time comes even though the concept was very well received. We all assume that that was going to happen on the Subaru Impreza as well but it did not.
While Subaru did make a few tweaks here and there, most of the concept design was carried. Under the hood of the Subaru Impreza is a 2.0 liter flat four engine that will be delivering about 152hp. The previous model had an engine that delivered about 148hp.
