A lot of people were not happy with the previous infotainment system that Ford had offered. The MyFord Touch was complicated and hard to use and their customers were just fed up of it. It ended up being one of the biggest reason why people did not get a Ford model. Mazda’s decision to not offer the support on their 2017 Mazda 6 might force their customers to consider some other models. How important is the support to you?
