Well, at least we won’t have to guess what the upcoming 2017 Mazda 3 will look like now thanks to the Mazda Axela.
The Mazda Axela, which is Japan’s version of the Mazda 3 has been released and thanks to that, we all got to see how the new Mazda Axela and most likely the Mazda 3 will look like when it arrives.
Since the design is still pretty new, Mazda will be keeping most of the design features although they did give it a few upgrades here and there. The grille has been upgraded and so has the headlight and the bumper. The Mazda Axela was also fitted with a new set of turning lights.
Under the hood of the Mazda Axela is a 1.5-liter Skyactiv-D diesel engine. Mazda will also be offering a 2.2-liter diesel engine as well as a 1.5 liter SkyActiv-G petrol engine. Buyers might also be offered the Skyactiv Hybrid Petrol-electric engine in the future.
