The Land Rover Discovery might have made a name in the offroading community but Land Rover is ready to expand their audience and that means they will have to make the Land Rover Discovery more civilized so that it appeals to the rest of the market.
Well, that was exactly what they did to the 2017 Land Rover Discovery. While it is still a capable off-roader, the 2017 model is more refine and luxurious. Powering the Land Rover Discovery is a 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 engine that will be mated to an eight-speed auto transmission. The engine will be offering about 254hp and 443lb ft of torque.
The 2017 Land Rover Discovery will return about 21mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway. It will need about 7.7 seconds to go from 0-60mph with a top speed of 130mph.
The new 2017 Land Rover Discovery is a nice mixture of on-road performance as well as their famous off-road capabilities. What do you think of it?
