Now that it has been confirmed that the Jeep Grand Cherokee Hellcat will be heading into production, some people are saying that Jeep will be looking to come out with a few more Hellcat model in the future.
After all the speculation, Jeep finally announces that the Jeep Grand Cherokee will be getting a Hellcat badge. The performance model will come in with a 6.2 liter supercharged V8 engine that will be delivering about 707hp. This is the same engine that the Dodge Charger and Challenger SRT Hellcat is running on right now.
With the powerful new engine, the Jeep Grand Cherokee Hellcat will be able to go from 0-60mph in 3.5 seconds. There were initial reports about Jeep having trouble cooling the engine but patent files showed that they might have already found a solution for it.
