If Ford does decide to come out with a Ford Ranger for the US market, it will be coming in to compete with the newly announce 2017 Honda Ridgeline. A formidable opponent based on what we know that the Ridgeline right now.
The 2017 Honda Ridgeline was announced at the Detroit Auto Show this year although Honda has already been teasing us about it way before the event.
According to Honda, the Honda Ridgeline will be coming in with an all-wheel drive system as well as an FWD system option. While it will be marketed as a full-size truck, the actual size of the truck is closer to a full size than mid-size.
In terms of looks, there is no doubt where Honda got their inspiration front because the Honda Ridgeline looks a lot like the popular Honda Pilot. The biggest different is the back. Despite everything, the Ford Ranger is not going to be easy to take down.
Do you think the Honda Ridgeline has what it takes to take on the Ford Ranger?
