With so many rivals all waiting to claim the top spot, this is not a good time for the Honda Pilot to be slowing down and Honda does not plan to do so as well. The Honda Pilot will be getting an update for 2017.
While the exterior design will remain the same for 2017, the interior will be upgraded. Since the design is still pretty new, it made sense that Honda would want to keep the design for a little while longer.
As for the interior, Honda mentioned that they will be working on the interior to create more interior space for their customers. Not only will the 2017 come with a roomier interior but it will also come with a lighter body.
It is said that Honda will be building the 2017 model using lighter materials to help reduce the overall weight of the Honda Pilot.
