The Honda CR-V might be one of the top selling SUV in the market right now but they are still trying to get a convincing win over the Toyota RAV4 and many believe that it is because they were holding back too much.
While Toyota has already gone forward and released the hybrid version for their Toyota RAV4, Honda is still holding back the hybrid option for the 2017 model. In fact, it does not look like they have any plans to offer the 2017 Honda CR-V model with a hybrid engine.
Others also think that the lack of features compared to the Toyota RAV4 was also one of the reasons why people seems to prefer the Toyota RAV4 over the Honda CR-V. Missing features like the 360 view camera will have caused many consumers to turn their back on the CR-V.
Some believe that the hybrid option will be offered when Honda brings out the 2018 Honda CR-V. There were also talks about a new engine option under the hood.
