We know that Honda is going to give the Honda CR-V a new design based on the Honda Civic but it look like the CR-V is not the only one looking at the Civic for design inspiration.
New reports are saying that the Honda Accord might also be coming in with a new deign that is based on the Honda Civic. It is said that the Honda Accord might also be coming in with the same Honda Civic platform as well.
If that rumor is true, we will most likely be seeing the Honda Accord come with a 1.5-liter turbo four engine under the hood although the Accord engine will be modified slightly so that it can handle the extra weight of the bigger Accord. The new engine should help improve the fuel economy of the Honda Accord.
The new engine will also mean that the 2017 Honda Accord might not be coming in with the V6 engine.
