The Toyota Highlander comes in with a 2.7 liter inline 4 engine that will be mated to a six-speed auto transmission. The engine will be delivering about 185hp and 184lb ft of torque and will return about 20mpg in the city and 25mpg on the highway. Systems like glass breakage sensor, emergency brake assist, and dusk sensing headlights will all come as standard safety features.
The GMC Acadia will be powered by a 2.5-liter I-4 engine that will be mated to a six-speed auto transmission. The engine will be delivering about 194hp and 190lb ft of torque and will return about 21mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway. Features like the dual skyscape sunroof and 8inch display screen will all be offered as optional features.
The Toyota Highlander will retail for $40,228 while the GMC Acadia will retail for $29,995.
