We know that Dodge is currently working on a new Dodge Challenger model but they are not going to let the current model just slip away quietly.
Before it all ends for the 2017 model, Dodge will be offering a new Dodge Challenger ADR (American Drag Racer) model. Dodge have not released any details about the new ADR model but based on some of the spy shots we have seen, it is clear that the Dodge Challenger ADR with a similar design but the ADR should be wider.
As of the engine option, the Dodge Challenger ADR model should be running on the same Hellcat engine which means we should be seeing a 6.2 liter V8 supercharged engine under the hood.
Dodge will be switching to the new Giorgio platform after te Dodge Challenger ADR. With the new platform, the 2018 Dodge Challenger should be coming in with a lighter body.
