Audi has revealed a new base model for the Audi Q7. The new base model will come in with a new engine as well as a new price tag.
The entry-level Audi Q7 will be powered by a 2.0 liter four cylinder turbocharged engine that will be offering about 252hp and 273lb ft of torque. The new Audi Q7 will be able to return about 22mpg on average. It is believed that the vehicle will be able to go from a standstill to 60mph in less than 7.7seconds.
The previous cheapest entry was the powered by a V6 engine. That model offered about 333hp and 325lb ft of torque and return about 21mpg on average.
The new turbocharged Audi Q7 will retail for 49,950 while the previous 3.0 Premium model with its V6 engine retailed for $55,750. Would you sacrifice some of the power to save money or do you think the 3.0 Premium is still the better option here?
