The engine will be mated to an eight-speed auto transmission and will be returning about 25mpg in the city and 33mpg on the highway. The base model will be fitted with safety features like dusk sensing headlights, pre-collision safety system, emergency braking preparation and more.
The BMW 3 Series, on the other hand, will be running on a 2.0 liter inline 4 engine that will be delivering about 180hp and 200lb ft of torque. The engine will be mated to an eight-speed auto transmission and will return about 24mpg in the city and 36mpg on the highway. The base model will come with safety features like DRL, fog lights, dusk sensing headlights, tire pressure monitoring and more.
The Audi A4 base model will retail for $48,700 while the BMW 3 Series will retail for $46,545.
