The Toyota Prius comes in with a brand new exterior design. Besides the new design, the Prius will also come with an improve fuel economy but they are not the only one getting an upgrade for 2016.
The Chevrolet Volt was also given an update. The upgraded model will be able to deliver about 53miles of range on electric only thanks to the Plug-in hybrid powertrain. With petrol, the vehicle will be able to go for 106mpg.
The Toyota Prius, on the other hand, will come with a 4 cylinder hybrid engine that will be offering about 54mpg in the city and 50mpg on the highway. The Prius will also come with an, even more, fuel efficient model. The Prius Eco will return about 58mpg in the city and 53mpg on the highway.
Not only does the Volt come with better fuel economy but it also comes with a more pleasing exterior design compared to the Prius.
