Lexus is looking to give the Lexus LS 460 an upgrade but before that happens, let’s see how the current model fare against the Audi A8.
The Lexus LS 460 will be coming in with a 4.6 liter V8 engine that will be delivering about 384hp and 367lb ft of torque. The engine will be mated to an eight-speed auto transmission and will be returning about 16mpg in the city and 24mpg on the highway. The Lexus LS 460 will come with safety features like dusk sensing headlights, fog lights, DRL, stability control and more.
The Audi A8, on the other hand, will come in with a 3.0 liter V6 engine that will be delivering about 333hp and 325lb ft of torque. The engine will be mated to an eight-speed auto transmission and will return about 18mpg in the city and 28mpg on the highway. The Audi A8 will come with safety features like DRL, LED headlamps, dusk sensing headlights, cornering light, fog lights, emergency braking assist and more.
The base Lexus LS 460 will retail for $81,250 while the base Audi A8 model will retail for $85,225.
