Jeep have launched a number of one-off models overnight at the Frankfurt Motor Show, some of which are a Renegade Trailhawk, a adjusted Cherokee and a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Sunriser.
To the Renegade Trailhawk, Mopar have included 7-inch aluminium alloy rims, two rear tow hooks, underbody skid plate and special black mirror caps.
The Jeep Cherokee KrawLer which is based on the Trailhawk model , has been adjusted to “tackle the toughest driving conditions — as the name suggests by hinting at the vehicle’s “rock crawler” capabilities for navigating harsh off-road obstacles. The capital “K” and “L” in the name refer to the KL code that identifies the Cherokee nameplate”.
The Cherokee KrawLer has been remodeled and given BFGoodrich KM2 255/80/17 off-road tyres, a new Mopar suspension, wider fenders, skid plates and rock sliders. The Cherokee KrawLer is covered in exclusive, military-style matte-green paint along with quartz grey interior and exterior details. Tthe vehicle runs on a 3.2 V6 Pentastar, automatic nine-speed transmission and “Jeep Active Drive Lock” four-wheel drive together with low range and rear differential lock.
The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Sunriser comes with unique matte orange paintwork and a range of Mopar accessories such as half doors, a four-inch suspension lift kit and bumpers with a double tow hook on the front. The vehicle also comes with LED lights located in the middle of the A-pillar and windscreen. LEDs have been used for the rear lights and daytime running lights as well.
The vehicle comes with beadlock wheels and an engine skid plate. It runs on a 2.8 CRD engine together with a five-speed automatic transmission.
