Jeep will be working to expand the reach of the Jeep models in South East Asia starting with India. Jeep announced that they will be offering both the Jeep Wrangler and the Jeep Grand Cherokee in India to start with.
India is not known for having the best roads in the world but that will not be a problem with the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Jeep Wrangler since they are both made to tackle some of the toughest roads there is. A few bumps will not be an issue at all.
The arrival of the Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Grand Cherokee in India will only be the beginning of it all. It is believed that Jeep’s next plan will be starting a production plant in India but that it have to depend on how well the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Jeep Wrangler performs in India for now.
