Ever wonder what it would be like if somebody took the Ford Bronco and Jeep Wrangler and merge it together? Well, that is what Jeep showed us. For the annual Easter Jeep Safari event, Jeep brought out the Jeep Chief.
Inspired by Hawaii and the bench, the Jeep Chief interior came fitted with Hawaiian inspired seat wraps. They also fitted it with a tiki shape gear shift knob along with a rosewood cargo area. On the outside, the Jeep Chief was fitted with a long hood that goes from the windshield all the way to the back.
It might be a Jeep but the overall design does give off a Ford Bronco vibe as Jeep decided to give the Chief a more conventional SUV design. Powering the Jeep Chief is a 3.6 liter Pentastar V6 engine that will be mated to a six-speed manual transmission.
