The Jeep Chief might be wearing a Jeep badge but it looks more like the Bronco than a standard Jeep model.
Instead of the usual Jeep design, Jeep decided to give the Jeep Chief a conventional SUV design giving it a more Bronco like appearance. The Jeep Chief was one of the concepts that Jeep showed off at the Easter Jeep Safari event.
The Jeep Chief was also fitted with a long roof that starts from the windshield and goes all the way to the taillights. The concept was powered by a 3.6 liter Pentastar V6 engine that will be mated to a six-speed manual transmission.
The Jeep Chief is inspired by the beach and Hawaii and it couldn’t have been any clearer. From the floral pattern seats to the tiki-inspired shifter handle and rosewood cargo area it is clear that Hawaii was all the designer had in mind.
