There is still no word from Ford yet but it is believed that they are working to bring back the Ford Ranger back in the US. With Honda now confirming that they will be producing a new Honda Ridgeline, the Ford Ranger will make the perfect rival.
Rumors about the Ford Ranger making a comeback started after spies spotted the Ford Ranger getting tested in the US. It was later reported that Ford might be building the Ford Ranger at their Michigan plant after the contract for the Ford Focus and Ford C-Max ends in 2017.
It is also believed that Ford will be building an SUV alongside the Ford Ranger and that the SUV could possibly be the highly requested Ford Bronco. The SUV production will start two years after the truck. Since there has been no confirmation from Ford, all we can do now is speculate and wait.
