Even though the Ford Ranger was taken out of the US lineup, the Ford Ranger is still a strong contender in markets like Australia and with the demand for trucks now on a rise in the US, it is believed that Ford is looking to bring the Ford Ranger back into the US.
It is believed that Ford is looking to produce a truck that they can use to compete with some of the top trucks in the market right now like the Chevrolet Colorado and Toyota Tacoma. The people were convinced that it will be the Ford Ranger after spies spotted Ford testing out the Ford Ranger here in the US.
It is believed that the Ford Ranger will be produced at their Michigan plant and that the production will start in 2017 after the contract for Ford Focus and Ford C-Max ends. There were also rumors that Ford is looking to build an SUV alongside the Ford Ranger.
It has been speculated that the SUV that Ford will be building alongside the Ford Ranger could possibly be the Ford Bronco.
