It used to be a competition when Chevrolet actually had a chance of catching up to the Ford Mustang but it looks like that is not going to happen as Ford widens the gap between the Mustang and the Camaro.
According to TorqueNews, the Ford Mustang managed to sell about 9776 units of the Ford Mustang in June. Although that means sales have been dropping for them as well, they still manage to hold on to their top spot.
The Chevrolet Camaro on the other hand sales number dropped below 5000 units. That not puts it under the Ford Mustang but also the Dodge Challenger who manages to hold on to the second spot for the second month selling about 5479units.
Chevrolet seems to be slipping further back despite the fact that it was just released this year and we don’t see how things are going to get any better for them.
