Despite being one of the most fuel-efficient truck in the market right now, the Chevrolet Colorado Duramax is still having a hard time climbing to the top. It looks like Chevrolet might need a plan b if they plan to take down the Toyota Tacoma.
Toyota has been leading the mid-size truck market ever since they released the new and improve Toyota Tacoma and Chevrolet can’t seem to do anything about it. Powering the Chevrolet Colorado Duramax is a 2.8 liter four cylinder diesel engine that will be pushing out about 181hp and 369lb ft of torque.
The Colorado diesel will return about 22mpg in the city and 31mpg on the highway with the 2WD system and 20mpg in the city and 29mpg on the highway with the 4WD system but even with all that, the Colorado Diesel is still trailing behind.
What do you think the Chevrolet Colorado is missing?
