The C7 Corvette Stingray comes powered by the same LT1 engine that the Chevrolet Camaro SS model will be running on but many believe that the Camaro SS offer less power than the C7 Corvette Stingray. Well, we don’t have to guess anymore because the verdict is out.
The people at JDP Motorsports took both the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS ad the 2016 Corvette Stingray and tested them back to back to see which of these models has more power to offer.
After the testing, it was concluded that the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS model is able to offer about 4hp more than the Corvette Stingray making the Camaro SS the more powerful model although 4hp more is nothing to shout about. After testing, it was concluded that the Camaro SS delivered about 421hp while the Corvette delivered about 417hp.
